The Client Activity Report will give you insights into active or non-active clients. This report is beneficial in re-targeting to clients who have not come back in for a period of time or rewarding actively booking clients. You can specify the service category. For example if you wanted to see any clients that have not come back in since a specified period of time for a hair cut you would select a start and end range in the past to go back lets say 10/01/2013 – 12/31/2013 and then you would select “Show Non Activity” which will filter the results showing you only clients how have not booked since 12/31/2013. Next specify the category(s) for which you would like to see in-activity in a client in this example I would select “Hair Cuts” then hit run.

Download the results if needed. This is a nice option if you wanted to mail, or email the client an incentive to come back and re-book.

The results will show you the client information along with some appointment details to better understand what their last appointment was, which staff member they did a service with see below for more info:

Date: When the appointment was that matches the time specified that they came in.

Matching Future Appt Type: If running this to show active clients then this will show the future appointment type.
