You can save a request from a guest that is looking for an appointment time that is currently not open. This list can be used to display those requests in the case an opening is available you will see these requests grouped by the service provider newest to oldest.
Adding a guest to the waiting list
Go to the guests notes section and select new note. On the display options you will have the option to select who they are waiting for. In the notes be as descriptive as possible to what service they need around what time and location. If the guest has no preference to who they need to get in with select “No Preference”.
Editing the request
Clicking on the guests name from the waiting list then click on the notes tab select the edit icon to make your change.
Removing the request
Check the box next to the requests you wish to remove and select the “Remove Selected” button.
